Privacy notice
We keep as little as we can, we use it only to answer you, and we never sell it or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Who we are
POSITIVI-TEES, a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales, company number 14458914. We are responsible for the information on this page. To ask us anything about your details, email info@positivi-tees.co.uk or call 07949 266 024.
Enquiring about a workshop
The form on this site asks for your name, your email address, the organisation you're with if there is one, and your message. We use them to work out whether we can do what you're asking and to reply — nothing else.
Your message arrives as an email in our inbox. We keep enquiries for about a year so we can look back at a conversation, then they go. Where a booking actually happens, we keep the invoice for six years because HMRC requires it. That is the one thing we cannot delete on request, and we will tell you if it applies to you.
You are not added to a mailing list for getting in touch.
Children and young people
Our workshops are often run in schools and youth settings, but we do not collect anything about the young people taking part through this website. Names, consent forms and any additional needs come to us from the setting, under its own safeguarding and data arrangements, and we only keep them for as long as that session needs.
Photographs
We often photograph workshops for this website and for social media, and we only do so with the setting's permission and in line with your own consent arrangements. Tell us in advance if photography isn't permitted and we won't take any. If a picture of you or your group is already on the site and you want it taken down, ask us and we'll remove it.
Counting visits
We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that counts visits without cookies and without anything that identifies you. It tells us how many people looked at the workshops this week. It cannot tell us who they were, and that is exactly why we chose it.
The website server
Our server keeps a short record of requests made to the site, including the internet address they came from, and a line for each message sent through the form. We use it to spot someone trying to break in or to flood us with spam, and it is deleted when the site is next updated.
Who else sees any of this
Appy Web Studio, who build and run this website for us, and the email service they use to deliver form messages to our inbox. Both only handle it to provide their service to us. We don't take payments on this website, so no card details ever reach it. Nobody buys this information from us and nobody is given it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it — apart from the invoices above. You can also tell us to stop using it. Just email or call us; you do not need to explain why, and it costs nothing.
If you are not happy
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
